And so should ownership. During the bye week would be nice .. .. . If he is here next year, I am not renewing. No anger involved in that. It's just a fact. Loyal fans deserve better from this franchise than a 12-year old head coach who everyone in the game can see is in over his head.

Not too sure that will work out well for the Chargers. Herbert plays out contract, gets tagged (expensive tag), plays that contract, gets tagged again? That second tag will be very expensive. All the while Herbert plays to not get injured......not exactly winning football.
