I have several times ad nauseum, you choose to ignore or just don't listen. I get it though, you have your opinion and I have mine... At least mine are based off facts. Yes sir....we see things differently. My perception of your approach is you want to burn it down, new GM and HC......along with HC's choice of OC/DC and assorted staff. I just think that is too drastic. Yes this season was incredibly frustrating, but severe changes seem like a step back. That said, I would let it be known core players might be available..... What is KA worth, or Bosa...., or DJ even.....any of them. Until the organization fixes the draft problem, probably best to keep those players, but it is something to consider. Having elite players on ELC's is how you mitigate the Herbert cost to a degree. You just need draft picks, and the ability to draft well. After almost 10 years of mediocrity and failure? YES! And I think that is reasonable at this point given TT's tract record. KA is an aging WR that isn't worth much, he's also not a #1 WR anymore, sad but true. MW has never shown to be a #1 WR and still hasn't even after his payday... We need a true #1 WR in next years draft. We need the 2023 equivalent of Chase or Waddle, period. Bosa doesn't have the heart or tenacity to live up to his pay or draft position, he can walk. DJ is our best player and heart of the defense.
The organization will not fix the draft problem until TT and his coaching staff are gone... You can blame Jon Spanos all you want, but he's not going anywhere and TT is the GM.
Herbert needs weapons and has jack squat outside of Ekeler.
If Spanos does not clean house after this season then its just proof they have their head straight up their ass and nobody will watch, the fans will leave.

That’s the problem: People will by and large ‘feed the beast’—buy tickets, watch games, and buy merch—every year, and their marketing will add new fans, so even if a small number of frustrated fans ‘leave’ and cause some churn they’ll be able to ignore (or not see) the problems until they’re too large to ignore. I don’t think things are close enough to that ‘critical mass’ of a revenue or PR hit to drive the business to make big changes this offseason unless they are looking at other performance metrics internally.

Roger that. This team is loaded with quality players. They can't all get hurt every year. 3rd time's the charm. I know, I know. Spanos, TT etc, etc, ancient history, prehistoric failure, protozoan retards..... Many just see the short term LAC, LAR's #1 DC, top FAs, stellar draft picks and NOW. Get healthy, add some key people, kick AFCW ass!

So as long as the team doesn't get hurt, maybe we have a chance? But the team is loaded with quality players... I get it, the fans have to cope.
Get healthy... Stellar draft picks and TT is like oil and water.

If we ignore Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Bosa, Herbert, Derwin, Slater

If we ignore Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Bosa, Herbert, Derwin, Slater Yes, 6 players over 10 years and no depth with a 6-6 record in 2022 because we live in the present not the past. Bosa being on that list as a good pick is debatable...

You are frustrated and want a scalp.....GM's and HC's are always the target. For an organization to choose to fire GM, HC, and entire coaching staff, there simply needs to be significant dysfunction, which there isn't. Add in the injuries this season, and the excuse, rationalization, reason.....whatever term you want, and it is easy for ownership to just roll the group over to another season.

What's your definition of significant dysfunction? Bet the farm on the biggest free agent haul in team history, zero playoff appearances under Herbert's rookie contract... I'd say that is all that is needed to show the current staff can't get it done. One more year of "maybe things will be different" doesn't do this team or fanbase any favors.
