There are incentives categorized as "likely to be earned", that apply to current year cap. I understand those to be performance metrics that the player was able to achieve the previous season. If that's correct, seems like most of AE's incentive money does count against this year's cap (and would be credited back next year if not attained). And I'm just noticing that Freak already indicated as much with his LTBE mentions. If your last two posts were not written in French with hockey slang mixed in they are going to fall on frozen ears.

Inaccurate chirps never work..... Will Florida or Las Vegas win the Cup ? LV needs to get there first, but they should. Florida plays a heavy style, and that works really well in PO ice hockey. Florida has the better goaltending, by far.... LV has the better defence...... Goaltending wins championships.......stay hot, hoist the Cup.

Florida has the better goaltending, by far.... LV has the better defence...... Goaltending wins championships.......stay hot, hoist the Cup. I think it was Florida to start the playoffs Sportsbooks were giving 35-1 odds to win the Cup !! Crazy.
