I would agree, but KC will win the division, so Chargers are getting in on record. These early losses are just killing their chances. I thought we played KC pretty close last year... even with all of the injuries. The best way to beat KC is run the ball well... keep Mahommes off the field. Lombardi's offense couldn't run. But Kellen Moore's offense sure can! Is it crazy of me to believe the Chargers can beat the Chiefs once... if not twice? I think the AFC West is wide open. If we can simplify the defense... we could do damage. Can we beat KC? Of course. But it won’t matter if we can’t beat anyone else. We’ve now lost 2 winnable games. |

The defense absolutely needs to get better. The biggest head-scratcher was the offense @the end. They just didn't make plays @the end. Will that continue...? I doubt it. The talent is there on offense. Put those 2 last minute drives together and we are 2-0. I'm not freaking out, yet.

I don't know that I've ever seen so much towel-throwing-inning after week 2. I get it, a bit. I have a Kings season to look forward to, could be ready to move on. Ha ha ha......such a great post! Yes, you are correct, there is far too much season left to be throwing in the towel. It is the way in which the losses were created that has many feeling the season is over. I will say to you, hang in there with you Kings, as they have an exciting roster and should do quite well in that far West Pacific division. I see them making the PO's. We have plenty to look forward to here in Montreal. The roster, and in fact the entire system, is full of very talented young players. While it is not likely we win a Cup this season, it should be a fun and exciting club to watch on the ice. Progressing in their development, staying healthy are what I hope to see. Good luck to all Charger fans today! Get a win....... (Red/White scrimmage today, I will miss another Charger game)

No the season is not over, but we don't play to win the season we play to win in the PO's and then the Superbowl. This team stumbled out the gate and need to show me something, the TEAM needs to BTFU not me.
