To answer your question, if they believe Moore was an issue, they fire him. I am just trying to look at all possibilities.....firing the coach is easy, but if he isn't the problem, you have fixed nothing. Practically every aspect of offense declined. But, I see no reason to fire him. Now. Let the new HC make the call. He may be gone before any new coach is hired |

Was Moore on a one year deal? I didn't find details posted anywhere. I couldn't find info posted anywhere either... If he is on a multi year deal does that mean Spanos is more preferring to keep him and hire a guy like Quinn? My gut tells me no, but it is Spanos we're talking about.

My gut tells me no, but it is Spanos we're talking about. It seems like we are going all in on Harbaugh. If that's the case, there is no way that they are going to force him to retain any of the current coaches. I don't see why anyone would be impressed with what Moore has done here. To me he was no better than Lombardi who was vilified. I've said it time and again, Dan Quinn's only success was with Kyle Shannahan as his OC. He made the Falcons an offensive juggernaut and Matt Ryan and MVP. Without Shannahan the Falcons were garbage with Quinn as HC. In fact, most Falcons fans felt the same way about Quinn as we did with Staley. He was kept two years longer than he should have been and wasted a talented roster.

Since I can't find it anywhere, I'm really curious how long Moore's contract is... I'm assuming its 2 years to coincide with Staley, maybe?
