All of these clubs firing GM's and HC's.....and instantly they are requesting to interview replacements. Either the Chargers already have some sort of deal in place, which doesn't seem likely with the Chargers, or  ? |

I think that it's just further indication that we are close with Harbaugh. Adam Shefter said on First Take Today that the market for Harbaugh will be great and that he hired this new agent so that he could focus on the Natty. He said the agent was going to research each opening and present them to Harbaugh. Everyone knows that QB is a major factor and we easily win on that. GM and front office organization and two other major factors he mention. No one is looking real sexy in that regard right now. Dean Spanos said recently that he is open to building the org chart and front office differently and we have been silent on the GM front. To me that only indicates a desire to land Harbaugh and then build the rest in the manner of his liking.

My guess is if Harbaugh is the hire, they will have him listed as GM, but there will be a blurred job responsibility between GM and VP J Spanos.
