Since he is a minority they can skip the Rooney Rule process. I do not know what that actual rule is, I assumed it was something along the line of 'must interview three prospects'...... its two minority prospects. One prospect if its for a coordinator job.

If Harbaugh leaves the building unaffiliated to the chargers he will not be our Head coach. The report is that the financials are already done or he wouldn't even visit. I hope Justin is in the building too. Have a little film session with Jim.

I hope Justin is in the building too. Have a little film session with Jim. Yes I have seen the same reports saying Harbaugh would not meet unless teams have already agreed to his financial ask. In that case, it should be a quick meet and greet with Spanos and Harbaugh can say I’ll see u next at the podium because otherwise you’re not involved going forward |

I don’t. I think they play an entertaining brand of football. While Buffalo was grinding it out in the first three quarters KC was hitting quick. KC had 8 plays of 20 yards or more. Buffalo had none. Gotta have some explosion |
