Neither of them got the money or term......bandaid....get Chargers to 2025 There's no reason that they can't get a decent back or two in 2024 to pair with Gus. Ohhhhhh, they are going to my friend. Patience. These things take time my deary.

An honest assessment if you ask me. Harbaugh wants a bruiser to power through or punish those trying to stop him. As good as Ekeler was in his prime, he was never that type of back. Not a knock on Ekeler's skills or production but it looks like it put a chip on his shoulder. agree with this. Ek wasn't an everydown back. The bolts never found that guy either, So Ek was put into a place he felt he could do. He tried, but that wasn't where he excelled. I have no hard feelings for him, except he can't hold onto the dang ball.

What will be interesting is if there are changes to the OL group....maybe Harbaugh has concerns about their run blocking skills. The draft choices will be interesting, eh

This is a tough draft with the Cap constraints and needs all around. I think they stay at 5.

It is hard for me.....I would love love to add that top talent, but two first rounders is really the need with this roster.

Another in late draft, UDFA, post draft FA, probably. I’m not giving up on Isaiah Spiller yet. It never seemed like they knew how to utilize him. Hell, Staley’s teams could never establish the run. Spiller was productive in school and looked like a promising prospect. Even now, he’s younger than half the RB’s coming out.

Gotta see what Greg Roman can get out of him.

I think several parts of the roster are better than people here are giving them credit for. We're not that far off.
