I agree, winning football will require both, pass rush and coverage. Kinda like how the offence wants both, passing and running, to be successful. All thing considered, what is more concerning, the offence scheme, or the defence scheme? IMHO at this point, neither. Its all about execution now. If they play like they did last year then I'm all for execution.

You could take the fallacies and emption-laden defensiveness down a notch. Of course no one is challenging the abilities of the coaches. But CB talent is, at best, objectively questionable. Coach-speak is generally just propaganda and everyone with any experience around sports knows it. I don’t mind homerism but please don’t feed me bullshit and scream that it’s chocolate pie. Ok. I 1000% thought that was a misspelling for emotion. So I looked it up. Its a real word !!!! Throwing emption around a football forum is going to get you this: Nominated POTD. Seconded. My vocabulary has deteriorated with age but few english words get by me without a passing familiarity. Emption was a blank. I assumed a misspelling. Thanks for pointing that out.
