He's is not coming to the team that designated his Pop Tart "Garbage". He really flew off the handle over that one. Money talks BS walks.
Dude steps through the door as the best WR on the team hands down. The raiders dumped his BFF for garbage (BFF is running a very potent offense now BTW). He has no loyalty to them. If he feels like he can get his targets and keep his legacy going he would come here.

Being shitty on the sideline because you don't get enough targets is a major red flag. Or its being really annoyed that your team sucks and traded your best QB and former college teammate, then replaced him with a scrub. They add up to the same thing. They really add up to the same attitude. Me me me, and I'm not getting mine.

Which is it ? These two things you have highlighted are not mutually exclusive. both can be a factor.
I honestly don't think we pick up any of the available top WR, trade or FA. I just ask the question is Player A an upgrade at a position of need? If yes then it is worth looking into.

If we're a lock to win the SB by going all in on a unicorn magical WR, I can dig it. If the unicorn is just a painted pony with a fake horn and is not the equal of the original Jerry Rice or Marvin Harrison or better, not interested. We have WRs who can play well IF we had blocking and play calls to support a passing game.
