This game shouldn't be a surprise, the biggest downside is all the injuries. This is who the Steelers are and we couldn't hang... I'm not even mad. The defense was doomed to fail when all the penalties started happening. Mr. Penalty Derwin James singlehandedly gifted them more yards than anyone on their offense... The offense is just mediocre at best, we all knew this. Contain Dobbins and we have no answer. Time to regroup and get healthy. I agree with you that we got undisciplined on that drive overall. But the roughing call on Mack as he was being blocked backwards into Fields was horseshit. On a 3rd down stop no less. |

No doubt, but that's not why we lost. Definitely not by itself. It's very rare when games are decided by a single play... But it was pivotal, in a game that was already getting away from us. On to week 4. I anticipate a L to KC, but hopeful thereafter that we can regain some health and put a string together. |

No doubt, but that's not why we lost. Definitely not by itself. It's very rare when games are decided by a single play... But it was pivotal, in a game that was already getting away from us. On to week 4. I anticipate a L to KC, but hopeful thereafter that we can regain some health and put a string together. Yea this one hurt alot, in more ways than one. The sky is not falling yet, at least until we hear more about the extent of these injuries.

Well no Stick riots, but Herbert is probably down until at least after the bye, and Slater is probably done for the year. Sigh. Riot averted, season to be determined. We needed to stay with the run in the 2nd half, both of our first two drives started with a failed pass on first down. This lead to us having to pass every down and getting our QB, and both tackles injured. this 2nd half felt like a Staley game.
The sky isn't falling yet but it is getting cloudy. Harbaugh do some of that coaching shit and gets us a win vs KC.
