What's everyone's thoughts on Grady Jarett? Right now it looks like the Falcons are trying hard to re-sign him; might even go so far as to franchise tag him if they can't work out a deal. Which tells me that he might be too expensive for Teleco to consider. ATL ownership has stated that Jarrett will be franchised tagged if necessary. He would have been a highly impactful addition.

First time in years we have some real cap flexibility do this smart TT. Currently, between 23 and 25 million. Is that what you are seeing ? Releasing JD & TB is 10 mil more. From top of my head last few years we were nowhere near such $$

My hope is that he doesn't sign elsewhere for what TT offered him. TW was fast becoming the 3rd WR on the Bolts, he will go to some team as their #1 or #2. The only thing that will make that a disaster is if said team is paying him #1 WR money.

I suppose anything that hurts another AFCW team, and paying big money to TW would hurt the Raiders cap, but TW's talent doesn't faze me much. Bolts CB's would own him, two times a year. That would leave TW 14 games to justify that big contract, just do not see it happening.

personally, if they lose TW, I rather they keep TB.

personally, if they lose TW, I rather they keep TB. Ugh. I don't think either bring much to the table but there's always the problem of replacement talent. I'd give up Benji's cap hit just so he would never field another punt.

Here's the list if anyone wants to see. Not sure I like the pickings for FA OL.

TT seems to always make at least one splash play every offseason ie. Okung in 2017 and Pouncy last year. So who knows what may happen.

Besides, look how much TW has improved since he was a rookie. The kid is getting better every year. I think he's ready to start making some real noise out there.

Not a terrible idea, but he's really only ever had one good year, back when he got 115 targets because the rest of our receivers were injured and the depth was poor. The last 2 years he's producing 40 catches and 675 yards. That's not production we need to pay up for but. Kind of a rock and a hard place, because it's not particularly good production but it's not easily replaceable either. Maybe just move him Safety.

Tackles, Defensive linemen, and Linebackers look to be a good batch this year
