Here's a good example of looking backward to see if an analyst might know a thing or two:

Bucky Brooks listed his five most overrated prospects, and five most underrated prospects, heading into the 2013 draft:

I think he did a good job evaluating those players. Definitely hit on the Le’Veon Bell evaluation.

I think he did a good job evaluating those players. Definitely hit on the Le’Veon Bell evaluation.

I liked his Hopkins write up too.

Okay, he’s not that bad. But he’s usually not great.
