Just to be really clear, please put in writing exactly how you feel this OL will perform this season. Are you a believer, a skeptic, chicken little......just what? I don't worship at the altar of PFF like many ball watchers do. I depend on what my eyes show me. We will be a top 10 maybe top 5 offense in the league both in points scored and yardage gained. We have one of the best WR tandems in the NFL, a top tier TE who missed essentially all of 2018 and changes the way defenses play us, a top blocking TE, and depth at RB. The offensive line will be middle of the road just like they were last season.
Unlike you and your fellow "the sky is falling" Chicken Littles", I look at the team as a whole. I'm sure that you were one of the guys lamenting special teams last preseason and the Chargers unwillingness to address it. Wow, that got fixed but instead of being a realist, you and your ilk just pivot onto a new lament.
I am a believer in this team. I believe that defense has the ability to be elite at all three levels even with Derwin on the shelf for the first half of the season. I see AL and his two coordinators as a top 5 coaching staff in the NFL. I see our HOF QB playing some of his best football and now becoming a darling of the national media. I've keyed on Lamp all preseason and predict he will start for this team. I feel that when Pouncey and Rivers get added to the mix, hopefully Okung too that this offense will hum.
After this post I will ignore your nonsense from now on. That will be best for both of us. You showed just how classy you are by your "The Texans are lucky that the only lost their RB instead of having their QB quit on them" post last night.
I am actually a fan of this team and have been my entire life. I would rather root for them to succeed than to wish for them to fail. I have come across fans like you on many different Chargers boards. You are all the same. You would rather be right in you proclamations of failure than actually see the team succeed. It would make me sad if I really cared.
The bold above is all I am interested in, the rest is just crap.....

You and Freak both love to twist things to suit your view, but please, if you are going to quote me do it accurately. This is the actual statement...."Could be worse.....your franchise QB could just quit on you."

What AL is looking for Thursday night in Santa Clara: Much love for our little Ekeler. The ant that can move a rubber tree plant. Freak was the first to tell you he was actually Danny Woodhead's replacement player.

Miss Pac and CT though. Pac and CT will post as things get going. It is easy to see who comes and goes on here without posting anything, and they are smart about football, so just hoping they decide to post.

I hope he gets over what is keeping him away and rejoins. After all we need someone else besides McRugby to keep Freak in check
