I was just thinking Inman could return to the Chargers- I'm glad it actually happened!
Does he become WR #4, ahead of the receivers who have been in camp since the start (and most of them have been in a Chargers camp for multiple years!)?

If Benjamin remains healthy, he'll be #3. Having said that, Inman is a proven receiver, both with PR and around the league.

I don’t know where he’ll be on the depth chart but I know he’ll be way more productive than Benji. Welcome back DI!

I don’t know where he’ll be on the depth chart but I know he’ll be way more productive than Benji. Welcome back DI! Totally different receiver type with a totally different role. A healthy Benjamin's job is to take the top off the defense and gash the defense ala the December Chiefs game. Inman is a possession receiver, and a very good one.

TB’s speed is very valuable, he just doesn’t bring anything else to the table. I suspect Inman will double him up in productivity.

So after KA, MW and TB, it seems the Bolts are not too impressed with their options......Inman becomes WR4 the second he signs?

He has accomplished much more in the NFL than all of them combined (the other options). Most of it with Philip Rivers. I guess that the Patriots depth at WR must suck too since they were desperate enough to bring Josh Gordon back. This is close to the start of the season, I would have thought that your game would be much more polished than this Sammy Small School contrarian tripe.
