Ever wonder why he lost his job to Justin Fields who lost his job to Jake Fromm? Are you bring along LSU’s coaches and crappy WR’s too? You guys kill me.

It’s impressive that you have been on the Burrows bandwagon for about 15 minutes now. You look at the title of this thread and that tells you all you need to know about the ESPN “tell me what to think” mindset that most casual fans have. Savvy football minds know that there is lot more going on at LSU than just Joe Burrows. How much of that transfers to the NFL is yet to be seen. Just last sat week I talked about LSU’s WR’s and how they were the most feared in the SEC. That was refuted by Todd McShay and his three first rounders at Alabama. You can’t make this stuff up.

Burrows' game style should translate to the pro game just fine, but I am glad he will be long gone. Take Herbert, and develop him under Rivers for a season.

Some real accuracy issues.

Some real accuracy issues. There will be something about every one of the options that are not liked by someone..... You guys hate Rivers, Brady and others.....it is a no win discussion. You make your pick, and pray.....

Burrows will be the #1 pick regardless of what sdc says, belittling other forum members trying to prove his "expertise" won't change that. Regardless of who we get, I'm hoping for a fresh body at QB for this team.

Regardless of who is playing QB, if TT doesn't correct the deficiency in the OL group, losing will continue.

Rivers is going to take up a lot of cap space that could be used on the OL. Herbert will take up a draft pick that can be used on an OL. Trying to go in 2 opposite directions leaves you exactly where you were to start. This team needs to pick a direction.

Cut a bunch of the overpaid OL, as well as the cheap ones, and you can afford to hit FA's pretty hard. I hate using the 1st pick on a QB, but it is a must do, so might as well start this draft. Pick up three OL in FA, hoping for an OT and two OG's, then draft BPA for OL rds 2-4.......might get enough to be solid until the injuries hit.

The combine will sort a lot of stuff out. I’m just saying he is not the Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck sure fire stud that comes out once a decade I would bet on Tua personally. Hurts is a biscuit eating moron and Justin Hebert is just plain wonky.

What about trading down take the lower first pick to grab Eason and build O line with some early picks and fill in with free agency then grab a power RB and a speedy late round WR gem with hands later in the draft to help the new QB out.Just spitballin.

It can be done. But be prepared to pay the pied piper. It would take a lot of draft stock. I don't even know if a first, a second, and next year's first would do it.
