I don't like watching Mike Mayock sitting in Indy, next to Chucky, evaluating this year's draft picks.
Especially considering that they have THREE picks in the first round.
Currently they have #4, #24, and #27. If they trade down from #4, God only knows how many picks they could end up with in the first 2 or 3 rounds.
So yes, they make me nervous going forward. Here's hoping that Chucky sucks at being a HC in today's NFL.

I'm more afraid of Mayock's picks than I am Gruden's coaching.

I'm more afraid of Mayock's picks than I am Gruden's coaching. Me, too. That was my point -- with Mayock picking I have to hope that Gruden's a bad coach.

They will have cap issues IMO with all those high round picks.

The bright side is that Chucky retains veto power over Mayock regarding personnel / draft decisions, so here's hoping that Chucky is infatuated with his own football genius status!

I only ask because Mayock picking is great for the raiders, Chucky picking is bad for them.

From Mayock’s lips to your ears, Freak!! SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- One week after being introduced as Oakland Raiders general manager, Mike Mayock explained the power dynamic between himself and head coach Jon Gruden. "In all honesty, Jon's got final say, if it ever comes to that, and I've got zero problems with that," Mayock told ESPN's Steve Levy on Monday afternoon at Levi's Stadium, where he was scouting the college football title game between Alabama and Clemson. es.pn/2Ff64BU

Okay, so now the Raiders have 25 1st round picks AND Antonio Brown to go with them.
Anybody else getting nervous, yet?

As an east coast Chargers fan, I woke up to this and thought, "Hmm, okay." The trade for AB really doesn't make me worry too much. While he is one of the best in the league, I feel he is leaving a really good situation for what has often been a team in turmoil. With no other legitmate wide out (my opinion) to take attention off him, and having a quarterback that the coach doesn't even seem sold on, I just see this ending up like it usually does with the Raiders and big name players. We'll forget about it by week 10.
The large amount of draft picks does slightly worry me. I know they are the Raiders, but with that many picks, they are bound to get one right.

I can hear it mow - Carr drops back to pass and completes a long one to Brown as time runs out. Final score - Chargers 33, Raiders 7.
