LOL! A guy that can't even move 120 miles north successfully is being asked to be the flagship in the European market 6000 miles away...? Sure...

For me this would be great (as London is now 1h 50minutes direct train from where Inlive) however the ratio of Chargers fans to fans any team they would be playing will be even worse in London that it is currently in LA. The only thing that is good out of this relocation idea would be the condition that Spanos would have to sell team to Hotspur (and stadium) owner. Just like Eurobolt, as a long time Charger fan in Sheffield, I would have the same time commute for a home! But there is no Chargers fan base in the UK. Yes an UK franchise would pick up some new fans. But most NFL fans in UK already pull for a team. Mostly Cowboys/Pats/Packers/Donks/Faiders or Jags since they spent a long time playing at Wembley. All other teams have no fan base at all. Would prefer a move back to SD, London second and remain in LA 3rd!

Nope, he isn't, and much to the chagrin of many he's making a bundle in LA as the Chargers are paying $1 / year as a tenant at the new stadium. Appears to be Kroenke propaganda being spread via a Rams reporter.

Its crazy watching the Giants v Cowboys last night... MetLife Stadium was packed. I couldn't imagine the Chargers filling a stadium like that ever. This team is a joke.

Nope, he isn't, and much to the chagrin of many he's making a bundle in LA as the Chargers are paying $1 / year as a tenant at the new stadium. Appears to be Kroenke propaganda being spread via a Rams reporter. What bundle of money are they making? All the tickets are being sold, they've sold more seat licenses than the Rams (far less expensive, and it really doesn't matter that much to Spanos because those dollars pay for stadium construction), and he'll be leasing the top stadium on the planet for home games for $1/year for a minimum of 20 years. $$$ is but one color: green. It matters not one iota what teams' fans are buying up the tickets each week, the $$$ goes into his pocket. No way, no how Spanos leaves this sweet deal behind, and I have a feeling that Kroenke ain't happy with the contract that the NFL forced him to agree to before allowing him to move and build his stadium in LA. Guarantee you that the "NFL sources" who provided Bonsignor the scoop were from the Rams.
