Its not happening and I'l give you some reality lessons. TT has to date been bad at drafting Oline. That is not going to get him fired. What you look at here is his body of work, and it has been pretty darn good. Derwin James early, Desmond King in the 5th round. I'm not going to go through the whole list Keenan Allen in the 3rd round etc etc. Don't fall into the average fan thinking that you have to hit on all 7 picks every single year in the draft or you failed/need fired. That's not how this works. If you had 3 guys that just made the roster alone, you actually had a good draft. That's how this works. Two guys is a solid draft. TT is going no where. Now, do you want to get him fired ? Let me show you your opportunity: QB Its the most important position on the team. Get it wrong, and it sets your team back for years. QB selection IS your ass on the line. Many a GM have been fired for getting the QB selection wrong. Man this is such a great post of mine. You failed to follow the skittles on the ground...... I do not believe TT is making the decisions alone, and when you look at all other aspects of the club, TT isn't going anywhere. (nor would I want that) It will not be long before the Bolts are wishing they had Rivers, as finding a true franchise QB will be a huge challenge for them. Its even worse right now goalie.....I don't trust the QB class this year. SURE 4 whatever are going in the first round, but boy howdy---I don't see a 100% lock in the group. At least not now. Its early and I have not gone in-depth.

Amending my suggestion thusly:
- See who might be available for GM; if potentially better than TT, make the change
- Fire Lynn before the end of the season to start the search early; promote the water boy to acting head coach (does it really matter?). Fire Lynn’s staff after season. Start from scratch.
- Let Rivers and Gordon walk
- Seriously look at drafting a QB prospect
- Bring in a decent QB to compete with TT
- Bring in 2+ vets for OL and DL
- Draft exclusively OL and DL
- Look for vet LB to replace Davis

That's even if there is one they like. They would have to mortgage the draft for two years to move up. BUT They do have Taylor. So if they want to draft a prospect they can start Taylor. ..................I'm just throwing different looks out there...................

Fire Lynn and staff at season end......the search for his replacement would be going on right now. Resign Rivers, but do not break the bank to do it. Bye to Gordon.... "Draft exclusively Ol and DL" must mean you are not "seriously looking at drafting a QB prospect" Roll with Rivers if you can, otherwise hand the keys to Taylor. Draft OL, FA's for OL......commit to fixing the OL

I wouldn’t get too serious about QB unless it was *the* one. Otherwise focus on the lines and let Taylor or whoever run the O a few years. It’ll suck in the meantime but perhaps one day it won’t, and potentially be good for a decade or two.

I do not see ownership doing that unless there has been a loss of confidence, which there is not in my view. "the one" is far from a 'prospect' in my view.......Stick was viewed as a prospect for example, but then again, so was Brady at one time.

More of the same until Spano's sells the team. There is no other fix period for this Franchise.

I think it was pretty telling, to have Tyrod warming up on Sunday. PR is on his last legs with the franchise and esp with Lynn. I have always liked PR. It would be sad to see him go, but sentimentality rarely wins anything. You do not know what you have with Stick nor Tyrod for sure unless you play them.

What I mean there, is that a fifth round flyer isn’t a serious prospect that was considered a likely starter; that would generally be a player taken in the first round (or maybe two, depending on how one looks at it).

At this point Rivers staying or leaving probably doesn’t matter too much.

My stance has not changed... I knew this.
Fire TT, Lynn, and Bradley. Let PR and Gordon walk. Draft Burrow and start Taylor for a year, unless Burrow is ready.

Burrow will likely go #1, Bolts do not own that pick. The cost to own it is prohibitive........ The better QB will be Herbert, and Bolts might have a chance for him....... They will resign Rivers, as they should. Fix the OL, Fix the offence.
