I'm with you. I'd like to see what we have with stick with the starters. As I said before, I'm ready to move on from PR. Its frustration. You can't win without him it seems, but you cannot win it all with him You have not won it all with Rivers, yet...... You won't win with Taylor or Stick..... That is the problem isn't it.

You have not won it all with Rivers, yet...... You won't win with Taylor or Stick..... That is the problem isn't it. Yet gets old too. It just does. I have seen die hard Rivers fans just worn out right now. YOU are one of them. I used to be. I support him just like all of you have. Great story about when does he get his Ring.
Sooner or later though it gets worn out. The narrative changes to he could not get it done. I'm sorry for all of us supporting through the years, and it keeps not happening. I feel way worse for the fans, than I do the player. Way way worse.

The lack of a Super Bowl Championship spans all of the QB's to have played for the Bolts, does it not? (of course I mean while playing for the Bolts) Rivers plays each and every game because he is your best option at QB. Failing to win a championship goes far beyond a single player.

Swap out 'Rivers' and replace with 'Bolts'.....

Swap out 'Rivers' and replace with 'Bolts'..... Oh yeah no doubt. Us Bolt fans are just plain worn out. Great season last year, promise for this year, that was a rocket ride of fun and high emotion.
They dropped an egg this year, and our emotions fell to earth. It hurts.
ALL of them being one score losses is a special kind of evil that tortures you.
Watching all the visitor fans at our home games is an embarrassment.

It's always about the team. Rivers is a key component. It's hard to win when he is making critical mistakes. How many playoffs has Philip competed in and now many ended with a SB ring? Currently the Chargers need to explore potential alternatives for 2020.

The phrase in parenthesis says it all

This one doesn't count. the bolts are 5-8 and out of the PO.
so there's that.
The fact of the matter is, PR is the best we have. that is who you play. With Vikes D, PR is going to need protection. that is a fact, not a OL punch. EDIT: Tom Brady's QBr' Sunday: 66.1. last week vs Texans 92.5, prior two weeks 70, 74. Brady is getting pressures. He has throw 1 INT in each of his last 3 games. Pats are 2-2 in that stretch. He has a good OL. Image what it would look like with a bad OL. Rivers IS the best we have when the game doesn't count. Personally I'd work on developing Stick into a viable starter. See what we have. Rivers is teetering on the edge of a careerfall. /agreed
Let that sink in... Taylor is experienced and somewhat proven ( he is decent). Stick is a question mark... Throw in Stick, worst that can happen is we lose out and get a top 5 draft pick (maybe)...

Rivers is the best option we have this and next year. It’s time to find the next FRANCHISE QB, not a backup replacement for the next 5 years. PR can groom someone to be the next, maybe the next two years. TT needs to do a better job building the OL. Unless the player is the can’t miss type that falls in his lap, he fails at building up talent. Is Lamp even in the team???

Watching all those visiting fans sell out the place is embarrassing- and it gets tiring to defend, “well its a tourist destination and a great place to travel” it gets old. Are we cursed as fans? Sick of the curse.

Finding the next franchise QB is almost impossible. You have to be looking years ahead. If Tyrod isn't it.(he is not), And Stick is not, (question remains for us, though I think the team knows by now) then expect a move up and a QB pick round one. My guess.. the bolts are picking top 5 to start. I do not think the bolts win any of the last 3 games. As much as I would like to see a win as I am a fan, I just do not see it with this group.

Sick of the curse. And you have every single right to be. You are perfectly allowed to expect and demand more out of the team you support. 151% absolute.

We are currently picking 10th, and I did not know we were that high. I was shocked. If we lose the rest, you will get your shot at Top 5. That is a INTRIGUING situation. I don't think we have a choice but to draft our future QB. Either there, or move up to get him. I have been saying not yet not yet. But Top 5 changes my dynamic. I would support pulling the trigger.
