We should be ALL OVER talking to Teddy Bridgewater. The table is set. Will the Chargers eat ? Is TB really better than TT, and would the price be worth it?

That way I hedge my bets when you guys lose your minds over money. I'll get back to that in a minute. Better than TT ? Yes. Price, lots, full worth time would tell. Bridgewater is about to get paid. It can be us. Indy. Tampa. But he's gonna get paid. If we go FA, its gonna cost to get a goodie. Join me in ignoring money for the betterment of the team.

If I like you, then you are a good QB. If I don't like you, then the team was good, not you. 5-0 last year. HE TIED OUR WIN TOTAL PLAYING IN ONLY 5 GAMES

Garroppolo also went most of the season undefeated... I don't think TB will be worth the cost over what we already have in TT, and I bet the other TT and AL agree with me.

So...........................why not make Bridge 52 ?

Look at their last full season respectively... 2017 for TT and 2015 for TB. They are roughly the same.

The Chargers need to be on the phone with Belichick and find out how to properly illegal tamper with these guys.

I would prefer to just keep Taylor over signing Teddy to $$$. Bridgewater has a slightly better completion percentage but Tyrod has a MUCH better TD/INT ratio and can run.
Teddy: 38TD - 25INT - 88.3 QB Rating - 65.2% Completion - 7.2 Average Pass
Tyrod: 54TD - 20INT - 89.8 QB Rating - 61.6% Completion - 7.0 Average Pass
Not to mention Tyrod has a couple of 500+ rushing yard seasons.
You can't really look at the per game stats for either player as they are skewed by some games where they had a couple of snaps.
Tyrod Taylor is good value for your money and provides flexibility. Paying Bridgewater big money for the same (or possibly worse) production is just not worth it, there are bigger priorities.

We have something just as nice (and maybe even better) for 1/3 of the price. This money will go a long way to sign Hunter Henry and extend Bosa. Teddy just isn't worth the money he is going to get. I like Bridgewater and would be happy with him as the Chargers QB, but not with the kind of contract he will command after that 5-0 stretch last year. He is going to be overpaid.
