The Derwin injury really looked like nothing happened. In an instant we lost one of our most dynamic defensive players. I guess that's what happens when your made of glass lol...   Sam Jackson approves this message.

Finally got up the nerve to watch the last episode knowing that the DJ injury would be a major focus. Man, what a freak injury.  Having said that, one of my unanswered questions was answered: thank the lord that the meniscus injury wasn't the same knee as it was at FSU. That would likely have been an essentially career-ending injury ala Verrett. All we can do now is hope (fingers crossed) that DJ will follow in the path of Super Mel & KA as opposed to Verrett. |
