They need to get him protection so it can be a distant future... TT needs to fix the OL while Herbert is not costing a ton. Next Herbert contract is going to be very expensive.

347 passing, led the team in rushing, and broke the Chargers rushing record for a QB. The Future The QB leading the team in rushing is the problem.......is it not? Lamar and Kyler have probably done that. Vick did it. Whatever it takes

Not according to Lamar Jackson it isn't. But I digress. I see it as a major problem. We don't want our Wing Flinger getting hurt running the ball. Our line is not run blocking great, and our RB by committee sucks.

Joshua Kelley has really been a disappointment so far... On the list of disappointments, Kelly is far far down from the top.

Outside of injuries, the running game is still arguably the weakest link on this team. If every player was healthy and playing, the only decent runner we "seem" to have is Ekeler.

Joshua Kelley has really been a disappointment so far... Kelley is running hard, but all too often he has been running hard into a brick wall behind the Swiss cheese oline. He had a few very good first down end / catches yesterday where he got by / through tackles that were a couple of yards short of the marker.

Makes one wonder how long Lynn would have continued to play Taylor over Herbert despite the clear talent difference.
