At least we are giving Mike Williams 15 million dollars a year. So there's that. God I hope we get rid of him before that happens... He has a big hill to climb to earn that money IMHO. Joe McRug is convinced they will re-work that contract. But I don't know the cutoffs for that stuff. June something ?? IDK

Well that's super lame... Not if MW performs at a level that earns it...... Remember folks, Staley was around well before decision time on the 14 million to MW.....I do believe there were a few statements from Staley about how important MW was to the offence. Regardless, I agree with the thought MW gets extended, which lowers the annual cost, and also proves to be a wise move by TT as MW has a monster year in Staley's offence.

As someone who is in the business of relationship building,
Staley knew it would not be wise to cause the Chargers
to renege on a commitment that TT had already publically made.

I happen to think he is a WR3, that they make play WR2. There is nothing wrong with that kind of player. There is everything wrong with 15 million. Keenan Allen is going to make 15.7 million this year. Let that sink in for a minute.

I'm still on the Tyron Johnson bandwagon though, I think its just me and I'm driving to McDonald's for some job applications...
