CB is a pretty important piece of any championship team... You're not going anywhere with a sorry secondary. If DJ continues to fracture then we'll need more help in that area as Hayward is getting old. I'd love to land Surtain Jr.... So the question needing an answer is are you happy with the CB's you have? If you answer no, then how do you address that? Doesn't Derwin James play safety.......but your point is still valid. If DJ continues to be an IR star, then add safety to the list of needs. That list: CB Rush End TE OL.....all five spots RB ILB WR Take the roster, eliminate the players that will be FA's, pencil in your starters (leaving empty where you think you do not have an adequate starter on roster)....it gets ugly really fast.

Yea exactly, my point was more on the secondary as a whole. I think a stud rookie CB could help with both issues in a round about way. Do we replace DJ out of caution or do we add Haywards future replacement? or even King? I think you go CB instead of Safety. If DJ can remain healthy win win... If you replace DJ all you did was replace DJ and Hayward is still getting old. I hope that makes sense... It makes sense in my head lol... But yea... I still want a good OT in the first. So i dunno... Guess we'll see.

I've heard Brandon Staley compare Bosa to Khalil Mack. Could JB be playing OLB for us this next year...? If so, are we looking for a starting DE... or looking for a depth OLB behind Nwosu...?

Isn't the draft next month? I feel like the draft talk overall has been pretty tame.

Isn't the draft next month? I feel like the draft talk overall has been pretty tame. The draft is scheduled to be held from April 29 – May 1, 2021 in Cleveland, Ohio. It'll heat up before then.

Isn't the draft next month? I feel like the draft talk overall has been pretty tame. I have a feeling that the combine being canceled took a lot of steam out of the early pre-draft talk, but like Freak said it should start heating up towards the close of March. Focus until then will be on the unusually large number of free agents due to the cap shrinkage this year.

I like your draft, but I'm on the fence about Villanueva. He would be in my third tier. There are better, younger ones in FA, and I would draft one before signing him.
