Miami going up to NE and winning made me chuckle yesterday when thinking of the $137 million in guarantees BB spent in free agency in the offseason. NE won time of possession, they won on third down, they had both more rushing yards and more passing yards, they had more sacks. BUT, they fumbled twice and miami threw one interception and that was the difference, wow.

Collins didn’t test 7 consecutive times! His agent is appealing that it happened due to extenuating circumstances. He’s also arguing that in of itself is not a violation of the rules because the rules cite failed drug tests or failure to cooperate as grounds for suspension. Apparently someone at the NFL felt seven consecutive missed tests constituted ‘failure to cooperate’. I just don’t see how the league can overturn his suspension without opening a pandora’s box of players refusing to drug tests going further.

I thought stafford and the rams looked awesome last night, their defense is still solid post staley. Thier run/pass game misses akers but they looked good.

They’ve had a lot of preseason picks to at least appear in the Super Bowl as the NFC rep, and it may be warranted. They looked very good at this stage, but there’s a mighty gauntlet to run in the NFC West to even be a division winner. |

Jordan Mailata came to the US from New Zealand where he was a professional rugby player about 5 years ago having never played football before. Now he is one of the best left tackles in the game.

I think we were all on the same page that we needed a better Kicker than Badgely, but it's always sad to see someone's demise. (Still glad it was on the Titans and not us though.) Now to kick the hornet's nest, is anyone still crying that T-Billy was cut? I know it isn't a fair comparison, but how did he do this week? Six yards I believe?
