He’s not the best but he not the worst? Oh heavens help me. We’ll never get there with this acceptance of mediocrity Exactly... Thats my entire point but all the goalie can do is gaslight... Lets barely make the playoffs if at all every season because "tHeRe aRe WorSE GM's oUt TheRE"... TT is Spanos call. Winning promotes popularity, income and LAC value. Bottom line, Spanos & TT want to win games. Early 2021 NFL season, say week 5, many thought LAC was a strong playoff team. Currently we can't do better than 13 - 4 reg season and a very probable playoff slot. That's a fact. TT was earning his pay then.
Do I believe we'll be 13-4? No.
I do believe that Herbert and the O will have to be consistently a plus to be a playoff factor. Can they? Definitely. Will they? -dunno--?
How they finish matters.

I'm not convinced there is a SINGLE blame here. It's true TT has missed in mid and late rounds. It's also true. outside of this years oline, he doesn't do free agents (enough). But overall, I'm ok with TT. He's not the best, but there are worse out there. That's the part we forget. He’s not the best but he not the worst? Oh heavens help me. We’ll never get there with this acceptance of mediocrity Who are the best GM's?

Brandon Staley - "We are going to put Pads on today, and let me tell you why.... because its November. Its November, and we are still earning our way to December"

I think the Ravens have a history of good scouting and talent acquisition.

The defense was horrible last year, and in one offseason they turned it around---impressive. Green bay did the same thing on defense. They are probably the two most balanced teams in the league right now. They did that in ONE offseason. We haven't done it in 10 offseasons. Think of that.

Firing is the easy part......getting the hiring correct is the difficult task. TT is not getting fired, no matter how many fans are carrying pitchforks...

Among the worst in the league. Heirs. Arguably only the Rooney family had kids capable of taking the reins. Maybe KC as well.

I think the Ravens have a history of good scouting and talent acquisition. Ozzie Newsome was one of the best GM's ever.

IF we miss the playoffs...........................gone or hot seat I'll predict. I'll even tell you why. We have had CRAZY injuries over the years that has saved his ass. Not this year, so what's the problem will be the question asked.

Now if you are including the decisions/influences being made by J Spanos, then I am in agreement.....he is a problem.

I would combine that with the slide of Staley into 'disappointment' category.

They are responsible for every single thing in the organization. Everyone they hire is responsible for getting results for the job they are hired to do. If the roster isn’t up to snuff, as you have said for every season, they are responsible for either investing in help that TT needs or replacing him. And so on down the line. That’s how business works
