The Bills and Allen are as good as advertised. Definitely served notice to the league. Now let's see if the Chargers can match up to their preseason hype on Sunday afternoon! they looked very good. I sort of thought the Rams D looked like it did last year. They got beat up, but were able to step up when it mattered. Got them to the SB. I expect, they will be better. last noight though... not so much. the bills have some good speed to.

For those who haven't seen him before, Brendan Clinton is one of the best follows on Twitter these days. He puts out 5-6 weekly college & NFL clips like this together summarizing games that are hilarious. Coach is always on fire with both Charles and Davis taking most of the heat ... and Davis' momma as well! The dude has to be getting comped with all of the individualized team gear he wears for each segment. I started following the dude after the Chargers strength coach who cut Herbie's hair retweeted one of his bits. Reggie Slater (Rashawn's father) also retweets this regularly. Twitter: @mrgo30

They had 4 TO’s and blew out the defending champs (who look like a shell of their former selves). They looked plenty good last season but actually seem better this season. Von Miller looks like a huge addition and Josh Allen is better. I was surprised by how much he runs the ball but he’s a big guy and ran over defenders. They are super bowl favorites for a reason Bills are a talented club, but the problems might have been more to do with the Rams last night.... Rams lost some starting OL, and Miller off the D......and Stafford got lucky last year, he is not the be all that many believe. So a talented team beat up on a less talented team.....that is what I saw. This statement ruins anything else you might have said that actually makes sense. That's just bitter fan speak, we can do better.

If it is not the Chargers winning the Super Bowl, it really doesn't matter to me.....so bitter seems misplaced.

I think he earned his place and did something PR couldn't do. But ok.

When he is hot, he's hot. When he's not, he'll string together picks in games in a row. Very streaky. They won the superbowl and I tip my cap. But he had 17 INT's last year and has 3 already this year.

Stafford can be a very streaky QB (good & bad) & still has a lightning quick release, but something seems off with his passes. He had a lot of passes sail on him Thursday night and I didn’t see many of his passes with the normal zip. The arm issue that he dealt with last year seems to be affecting Stafford this year.

Rivers had far more talent then Stafford ever dreamed about having, but Stafford got the luck when he needed it, and Rivers did not. It isn't a tough search to find HOF players that never won a cup.

Interesting read... Look at the stats, they are not far off. Luck has nothing to do with it IMHO. PR was a great regular season QB but always seemed to spaz out and fail to deliver in the playoffs.

PR didn't spazz out in 2006 or 2007. He outplayed Brady in both games, and even though the Chargers had a better squad in 2006, the 2007 Chargers team was derailed by six key serious injuries to Pro Bowl players heading into the 2007 AFC Championship Game where PR soldiered on with a torn ACL.

I knew somebody would bring this up and I wholeheartedly agree... But, PR had a 17 year career. Great future HoF but we're talking about luck vs. talent... Stafford is streaky just like PR was, difference is Stafford made things happen for himself PR didn't. Rams don't win the last Superbowl without Stafford, it was not a Joe Flacco or Brad Johnson situation. That's all I'm saying.

How is that making things happen for himself ? There were at least 7 QB's that would have won last years SB on the Rams. How do I know ? Stafford and his suck ass 17 INT's last year was the 8th ranked QB. Rams defense won it all.

You're coming at me with INT's when PR's last couple years in LA was INT Central?
I'm done defending Stafford, I'll put my homer glasses back on now.
