The Bolts were loaded on paper to start the season
Right after the start, they were hit with buckets of pain in the starting ranks
Scrapped their way through the season, good enough to make the PO just as the pain the player bucket was emptying.
They played a meaningless game with starters and lost to a worse team to end the regular season.
Then laid the second worst ever "choke" in team history. (the 1st - 2006 AFC Div game vs pats) or the ravens 4 &28?)
Embarrassing to say the least.
So now who do we maim, pummel, shred, fire, and blame to make ourselves feel better and start cheering for the 1st round draft pick in a few months?

I don't think anyone gets fired. I think a number leave for other opportunities.
As much as there is reason to fire Staley we do not have the owner to make it happen. He has not the balls.

TT, Staley, Lombardi, and Hill... Everyone. Let Payton decide if he wants to keep the ST coordinator. There is a pattern of incompetence dating all the way back to last year. Fire him.

Should be fired: John Spanos, TT, Staley, offensive coaching staff, Hill
Probably will be fired: TT, Lombardi

Doesn’t matter really. You could bring in Belichik and this team would underperform. The organization should be folded and discontinued.
