We are way too good to be losing a 27 point lead and loosing to the Jajuars. We either need to get rid of Lombardi and Staley or at least Lombardi. Our offense has as much talent as any team in the league and same could be said about our defense too. Clearly Lombardi can't keep his foot on the gas and almost always drops the ball with his play calling, especially when it is a have to win situation. Please, please, please do something in the front office that will make all Charger fans dream come true. Thanks I would keep the special teams coach,
I think the Tom Telesco term needs to be over. Our Depth is atrocious.
We will still have our first team pretty loaded next year. But We need to hand the keys to an experienced HC/GM and try that for a change.
Staley started to lose the team t with a minute left in the first half. And the collapse sealed his fate.

They’ve been losing the run game on both sides of the ball all season. Halftime adjustments have been horrible. Last in Q3 scoring. And a poor defense overall. They’re a middle-of-the-road team unless they make changes. |

Watching the game, I had this concern the offense was not doing well really in the 1st half. It was the D that gave them the advantage. i think they had one good drive you can give them credit for. Those 27 points were defense points. Something we all wanted to see for a while. That magic didn't exist in the second half. The D had nothing left in the tank for the second half, because the O under performed. my 2ct.

The Problem is he did not get the team together and get their heads back in the game. Also our depth is terrible. once a couple starters went out we had nothing on offense.

3-24 in the second half is being out coached, out played and humiliated.

Yup, my point still stands. We failed to run and KA was double covered the whole game, offense had no answer. The defense gave us our only chance but the offense failed to do their part... Staley should go and Lombardi must go.

Huge problem with him. He’s 6’6”, no excuse for that. I wonder if his motion changed as a result of the rib injury? In any case Herbert didn’t get it done last night. 3 second half points Herbert was not good last night How is that ? I disagree. He had zero turnovers. That is playoff winning formula. His counterpart had 4 INT's. It wasn't Herbert. Unless we just want to angry blame everything that moves.
