Duggan was my least favorite draft pick.
Granted he was a seventh rounder, but why draft a qb who at best will be the backup?
Given Stick was just re-signed, it’s super unlikely the backup qb role will go to a rookie.
And PLEASE stop rostering three qbs over an extra WR, OL, or DB that needs to be on the team.

Stick was signed to a one-year $1.6 million contract ($1.1 million guaranteed). I see it as a competition with only one backup QB on the roster. If Duggan beats Stick out, it’s a roster savings for the next three years which is significant given what the starter will be paid in the very near future.
