If we blow up this team and drop everyone for more picks and basically start a rebuild, you can bet your ass guys like Harbaugh and Belichick are out. We'll get another unproven coordinator...
Keep Keenan, Keep Mack, Keep DJ, try and keep Ekeler, drop MW, drop SJD, drop Bosa.
Let the new GM try to fix the roster with what little cap space TT has left us with.

You see the same roster and cap sheets I do. We need more players. D is going to suck for a year or two no matter what. Why not load up on O, get picks to rebuild and fix D in 2025 or 2026? This team with Herbert can compete for a SB if the offense was consistently good and balanced. They only need a middle-tier defense to be competitive. But they have to have a top offense to win. Getting rid of the NFL sack leader is Freak Approved !!!!!! I love Mack. But he’s getting old, expensive, and we have half of a roster next year. Plus he should go compete on a good team and try for a ring.

You can’t fix this in motion in 1 season. There is no mathematical way to do it. Coaching fixes what ails us That’s speculative and not supported by the facts. They have multiple position groups with either no/low talent or exiting players. And you have a huge cap problem next year and cannot field this team again even if it is good and only coaching is the problem. So, I respectfully disagree. I don’t think coaching isn’t a massive problem but it’s not the only massive problem.

I do think a hard nosed coach with stature and gravitas can fix what ails us. The reality of the NFL is that most team have similar talent aside from a few outliers. You can’t tell me the Raiders fielded a more talented team last night. They didn’t have Josh Jacobs and started a 5th round rookie QB. If you didn’t know better you’d think we were facing a dynasty.

He is currently right up KC's ass for the division. Coaching matters.

Staley lost the room, and the effort from the players reflect that, especially last evening.

I could see one of those coaches wanting to oversee a rebuild.

We're currently drafting 5th... If we lose the next 2-3 games we could be in the running for Marvin Harrison Jr.
I really want Kool Aid, but I'd def pass on him for Harrison Jr...

The facts are on the tape and the stat lines lol. Please review the roster and tell me how great the OL is, how the running back room is, how the DBs are, etc. lol.
