Harbaugh builds from the trenches out and he builds winners. The Road to a championship will be graded with a giant dominant o-line creating huge holes for whomever we run through them. Its easy to defend this pick but it doesn't make the other side of the coin less relevant. Its a deep draft at WR (supposedly)... But as of now, Herbert has no weapons.

OT was not what I wanted nor expected at pick 5. But they got a great one.
Too many one score games last year were lost because teams would blitz the house at end of game and Chargers go backwards.

But I will say... I'm going to look at the body of the entire draft and will easily concede that Alt is the best tackle in the draft. For me, just too high @ 5.

Bowers is in the AFC west .. as a raider. Was hoping that Telesco would draft the fourth OT, but I guess he learned a thing or two.
