Many Chargers' fans harp on the fact that we "haven't beaten any good teams". Who have the Lions beaten...? Don't tell me the Chiefs. The Chiefs without Kelce and Jones are just very ordinary... Each week is different, yet the same as well. I don't care who this week's opponent has defeated, or lost to actually, but I do want to look at the 'how'....... This week is all about leadership.....after a big win on MNF, Chargers are primed for a no show game. Leaders will keep the energy, focus, and winning going..... Detroit is a good, well balanced team. By the PPG stat lines, we're marginally better on O, Det is slightly better on D. My question regards the Chargers Defense (capital D) that played the Jets. Was that just a fart in a whirlwind season, or are we the whirlwind?
We have a shot to win. GO BOLTS!

It all started with the Bears game. No doubt...keep it rolling. We keep playing good defense the offense will come around.

The answer is the Jets offence was or is really inept. Their poor play was the genesis of the Chargers defence great play. I would caution anyone expecting that this week. Detroit has a very good offence, they will have their moments of success in this game against the Chargers. Both clubs are far more balanced on both sides of the ball, it should be a really entertaining and competitive game. In my limited view, I say ST's and TO's decide this game...... Chargers 31 Lions 28

Their poor play was the genesis of the Chargers defence great play. I would caution anyone expecting that this week. Detroit has a very good offence, they will have their moments of success in this game against the Chargers. Both clubs are far more balanced on both sides of the ball, it should be a really entertaining and competitive game. In my limited view, I say ST's and TO's decide this game...... Chargers 31 Lions 28 Specifically the Jets o-line shuffling positions around on a weekly basis made their offense inept. Chargers D was having a field day. I think someone mentioned the Lions will be a measuring stick game and I agree. A solid game will bring some hope for a Charger wildcard slot this year. I suspect it will be determined in the fourth quarter like most Charger games. I am hoping for a win.

We capitalized on two inept offenses, beat one really good defense with a QB who played within himself. I expect to see some of the same kind of a response against the lions offense. Goff is a good young QB who can be rattled if the defense stays on his butt. If we have anything near what the last two weeks were it'll be a good game. Go bolts

Big opportunity for the Chargers to gain in the AFCW standings with KC on their bye week.
Lose and they are not likely for PO's in my view....it is that important of a game.

Actually, Wilson is a top talent. That talent just never manifested itself in the NFL. Since we are talking about the NFL....... Wilson was 2nd overall pick in the draft 2021. I'd add "yet". He should be a decent starter at least with the right coach, OL and receivers.

He missed some easy throws with no pressure against us. I haven’t seen him play any other games but I sure didn’t see the top talent Monday night |
