Reports are that the Patriots have made the decision to move on from Belichick. Old news brought to you by me.

BB isn’t coming and neither is Harbaugh.
I’m still betting the actual pool will be Ben Johnson, Dan Quinn, Mike Macdonald, Bobby Slowick, Frank Smith, maybe a couple of others.

I am with you but man do I hope I am wrong and we get a proven coach. Some really proven coaches will be available this go around.

Would hate to see them run both together in a cluster**** process.

Would hate to see them run both together in a cluster**** process. We could fire the Coupon now, and seek an early GM. The fun would be watching Staley's shame as he is forced to play out his final weeks knowing he is gone. I have been on fence with TT before, but not any longer. We need an overhaul here.

If the desire is a burn it down approach....why are you guys all focused on possible HC's?
Who are the possible GM's...and what are their pro's and con's?
Spanos keeps TT....just watch.

TT uses a nice silver tongue on Spanos. That will be a hurdle. I am not that in-tune with GM's. I know some I like, but doubt they are available. We'll have to see what pops up. An easy example is I think KC's GM has done a great job.

I know nothing about possible GM replacements. Seems like it could easily be a dumpster fire. We do have depth issues and maybe getting another consultant in the room would be good. Daniel Jeremiah has his foot in the door with the chargers and seems to be a very respected talent evaluator. I also have proximity Bias on him. But putting some new faces in the talent evaluation room is what I want.

Everyone seems to think the Chargers' drafting is questionable, so bring in someone that knows talent in the college ranks. Of course, you probably then need to listen to him/her.....

I've given that opinion already. Mike Borgonzi, Chiefs Asst GM. Pros - Chiefs usually draft well. Cons - Is he part of the reason they draft well?

Reid wins with Mahomes, Kelce and a bunch of youngsters.

Well, he is in the room when the picks are decided, so he is part of it. Regardless of his voice having influence in any decision, he is gaining that experience, right? It is interesting that an untested GM is acceptable for GM, but an untested OC/DC isn't for HC.
