Look at the Harbaugh and Shaw connection... IMHO this was done strictly as a possible position with Harbaugh in LA. On paper for HC, in reality... OC. Bet. Has Moore been let go? It seems a bit unprofessional to not have taken that step if that is their final intention.

He knows that his job status is uncertain when a new HC and GM are coming in. Also they interviewed Shaw for the HC position all other discussion is speculation only.

No, fans can speculate all they like. Unprofessional in the respect that if they know they are unlikely to keep Moore as OC, they should release him so he has an opportunity to find another club to coach. Who knows what has been said by the club to Moore, it might be all up front between the two...club and Moore.

Why would Moore be let go before a new coach is hired? One would think that the new coach would prefer to have the option to interview Moore.

I keep expecting some announcement of a hire.....so what do you all think is the holdup?
Will they hire the GM first?
Or are they just 'chargering' this decision straight into a mistake?

Harbaugh has to be the biggest dick in the room so they might have not hit it off so well.
Dude did ask Michigan for a "you cant fire me for cause" clause in his contract.

They’re actually doing a thorough search process and appear to be completely prepared to do the things we’ve asked of them for about 2 decades (since Marty). Perhaps we should just take a deep breath and let things play out. There’s plenty of time to be critical after the actual choices are made.
