If one or two players are under achieving it son them. When the entire team is under achieving it’s on the coaches. We have a guy at LT who everybody thought was a savior when drafted, was practically all pro as a rookie yet was beaten like a drum last night- not by Maxx Crosby-by some guy I’ve never heard of. |

So you must think it was an impressive upset when we beat them earlier this season. It’s not like they’ve been getting blown out all year. The last 2 games have been putrid but how do you explain the competitive games prior to that if the talent gap is as great as you think? |

A fully healthy Chargers squad beats a fully healthy Raiders team easily... With that said, coaching is still the main problem. The other elephant in the room is TT's inability to draft quality depth. Time for both TT and Staley to go.

For somebody that is hated, this was some Iron Fist and a great press release by Spanos. It included:
"Doing nothing in the name of continuity was not a risk I was willing to take. Our fans have stood strong through so many ups and downs and close games. They deserve more. Frankly, they've earned more."
