Twenty two starters.....let us say the entire roster is available, or healthy.... 11 Offence and 11 Defence.... Who is gone from offence? KA, Ekeler, MW, whomever is the TE, Pipkins, Linsley,  six out of 11, pretty significant. Who is gone from defence? Mack, Bosa, Kendricks, K9, Davis, any others? Five out of 11, pretty significant. Eleven players out of the twenty two......50% You guys complain about TT's horrible drafting, so the answers won't be found in the depth, eh.... Significant change is coming, and if it doesn't....then expect the same poor results. I agree with Moe.
KA gets reworked, Ekeler is def gone, MW gone, draft a TE, Pipkins stays, Linsley is gone.
Mack I think is 50/50... Bosa gone, Kendricks gone, K9 stays, Davis is 50/50.
This is why I like my draft...
CB, C, TE, RB and then depth @ 5,6,7...
QJ cancels out MW, we still have KA, Palmer, and QJ. Draft a RB which cancels out Ekeler. Draft Jackson Powers-Johnson for Linsley. Draft Kool Aid to help the secondary which is the real weakness in the defense. Tuli cancels out Bosa.
Of course its all hypothetical but regardless, not sure why you want to be Mr. Doom and Gloom all of a sudden.
It is kinda funny to hear 'Mr. Burn It Down' changing the tune a bit, eh They fired TT and Staley, which is a good start, but to really fix things will require the roster to see significant changes. Another thing that seems unlikely is getting four starters with your first four picks this next draft. I agree they need to, but not too likely.

Yes its highly unlikely to get four starters from the draft, especially if your GM is TT... But its not impossible from a GM with actual scouting talent. I'm optimistic Spanos can do something he hasn't done in over a decade... Hire competent leaders of this team.

Is that for the first half? They’re saying Buffalo won’t do better than the Raiders with a back up qb and no Josh Jacobs? Let me give you this slim chance: If the players laid down to get Staley fired, couldn't they show up now that they got what they wanted ? ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
