Is that for the first half? They’re saying Buffalo won’t do better than the Raiders with a back up qb and no Josh Jacobs? Let me give you this slim chance: If the players laid down to get Staley fired, couldn't they show up now that they got what they wanted ? What if there are players that are under contract for next season, but want out.......less effort should make the new guys in town dump you? Nah......pro players would never do something like that.

I think there is a difference between not showing up and simply going thru the motions on a lost season trying not to hurt yourself. I think many Charger players are doing the ladder.

I don't see much difference.....you are either committed to playing to win, or you are committed to something else. Going through the motions while being focused on not getting hurt leads you to the beating they got last week, eh

Some books have 11.5 now. So money is coming in on Buffalo. It's going to be ugly. As it should be- winning is now counterproductive for the team's betterment in terms of draft position. Maybe the players want to win to show pride or something, but with so many starters injured we just don't have enough left to win even if we did try. My homerism is legendary, but even I think this will be an awful game for us. So much so that I'm starting the Buffalo Defense in my fantasy playoff game!

These next few games should be treated like preseason games and use them them to find out which non-starter players can actually contribute something!
