Greg Roman is one of the Shining stars of John Carrol university. His rush yards ranking on his teams was ranked 8th in the league one time, he has never ranked lower than top 4 other than that. Just say no to John Carroll. We just had 10+ years with JC GM and 3 with. Jc HC. |

I really like the leading GM candidates so far and hope its Hortiz. I've heard so many rumors about DC and OC I'm not sure who to root for... I don’t know about OC but I hope he brings Jesse Minter as DC. As for GM anyone from the Ravens org works.OC will be critical. I haven’t heard any names bandied about other than Greg Roman and I don’t think he’s the guy. . How about you guys lay off the Ravens organization!!! We’ve already lost 3 staff members…. |

I feel like they will hire Roman just so the fans on the forums have something to bitch about. Its been to positive since the Harbaugh hire.

If it is Greg Roman then why not just announce it already? No doubt he might be in the discussion but I don't think it is Harbaugh's first choice.

I just want to say that you guys SUCK at the Harbaugh-staff-part of this HARBAUTH STAFF thread. Lemme help a little: Minter coming in as DC. Mike Devlin O-Line. Jay Harbaugh coming in but as the SAFETIES coach. Ficken to remain as Special Teams Coach. The last two probably reflect the all-day final negotiations bringing Harbaugh into LA in the first place. Jim's son gets to be on the staff, but we don't have to part with our best Coordinator from last year. I am Freak and I Approve this message.

It's looking like Greg Roman guys. In some capacity. Looks to me like Harbaugh is working on a title, limits and responsibilities for his role.
Marcus Brady, a former OC candidate will be the pass game coordinator.
