OC will be critical. I haven’t heard any names bandied about other than Greg Roman and I don’t think he’s the guy. |

Who ever the OC is will be a run the ball bruiser style, with some play action strikes. Pep Hamilton would be great as a passing game or QB coach.
We will go down field a bit but we will be making defenses bloody before that.

Do the Chargers have the players for that style? If they aren't ready to play like that then they will either learn real fast or not be on the team.
That is how Harbagh teams play and the chargers will be no different.

I understand that is the Harbaugh philosophy or approach, but it isn't as if Harbaugh can just wave his hand and have the type of players required. My question still is unanswered....and I will put it in different way......when looking at the roster, which players fit the Harbaugh style best, which not at all?
