Reading some interviews with Herbert, and really liking the interesting approach he brings to the players development. Hoping the players buy in and it manifests into less injuries over the season.

Ben Herbert could be the key to guys like Bosa playing a full season at a high level. I know injuries happen abut this dude seems to have a process and a focus on the key factors that cause soft tissue injuries.
He is intense and makes me want to work out.

He does seem to have a very strong belief in his process, and all one needs to do is look at the history of injuries at Michigan to see if the process worked at that level. I don't see Harbaugh asking Herbert to join the staff if there was not a shared belief,,,,,fingers crossed, eh

This sounds like crazy talk but I have heard it from very reliable sources that this is being explored.

I mentioned this scenario before... Chargers trade back with Vikings to pick up pick 11 & 23 With these pick they get an OT and Center JPJ. This looks like a Harbaugh move. The o-Line will be set for several years.

Chargers LB Denzel Perryman on impressions of Jesse Minter's scheme: "I love it, everybody is able to play fast. You're not out there thinking so much. Communication is important."

I remember Jessie Minter saying Derwin James had way too much on his plate. They were taking stuff away, and simplifying the game so he could just play and perform.
I likey.

The more I hear and the more I think about it, I freekin hate Staley. That arrogant, Ted Lasso wannabe, snake oil salesmen had us all (including the players) drinking his cool aide. Now, it is perfectly clear how badly he took a rock-solid roster and ran it into the ground. Compare the "gosh o golly, I am just glad to be here" act at the beginning to the "Quit wasting my time I will continue to call the defense" prick before he got run out of town. What a Dickhead.

He inspired Spanos to clean house and make monumental changes. Harbaugh, Hortiz and a terrific staff, new players, etc. Give him some credit.
