this is the culture change we all have been wanting. I want to see the "score more in the 4th, even if your winning by 3 scores" culture Staley's Chargers were among, if not THE worst 3rd quarter offense in the NFL. That has to change. It's got to be a full 4 quarters. Finishing strong should include not taking a nap in the 3rd, early 4th and trying to put up a winning fight in the last few minutes. Poor halftime adjustments were a staple of Staley......you just knew that second half was going to be a disaster.

The other team adjusted, the Chargers did not Of course there were adjustments....two of them clearly. The Charger offence stopped scoring..... The Charger defence failed to stop much of anything....
