So what did the fans learn during the initial set of OTA's
What impressions, from any perspective, good or bad?
I like that Harbaugh is definitely in charge....he is goofy, but clearly the boss.
I like the mic'd up with Minter....he seems like he was focused on effort, hustle out of the players.

I learned that Perryman thinks Harbaugh is like Will Ferrel, they ran 11 on 11 instead of 7 on 7, Pipkins is getting a shot at OG and QJ can catch in non game situations

Substitutions of players in different groups, i.e. OL. Literal OL choreography.Way cool seeing them moving together, hands and feet in sequence after last year's OL cluster bust. Nice to see WRs, Q, Rice, Chark, etc catching the ball with their hands. 11 on 11s. Didn't have them in OTAs with past administration. Post training cool downs with Ben Herbert. There was a lot that I liked. Spiller, Dotson, JT Woods practicing. Bosa, Mack fully participating. A Lot. That's a sample.

I wonder if it is all about easing a displaced starter, displaced by a rookie no less, into feeling better about himself. OT's slide to OG regularly, so maybe it works.... I hope QJ proves every criticism wrong..... Will Rice make the final roster?

Organized.....we are here to work....no music. Harbaugh definitely has a much more of an iron fist approach....

Salyer is built like an OG, played OLT very well, he has a shot. It'll be an honest competition IMO.
My final 6 WRs, Palmer, Q, Ladd, Chark, Rice, Davis.

His "shot and competition" is in second string. Where he has no shot, like less than zero, is starting at OT. A healthy Slater and Alt is the best pair in the NFL on Rookie contracts. Period.

We are SO rooting for QJ. I wrote last year off as a rookie season. But its time. Second year man in there now. He needs to take the big step: Stop dropping shit, be more aggressive to the ball.

I am so rooting for him. I LOVE fallen players in the draft. Can we strike 7th round gold ? Are we finally allowed ?

Ah, so he fell a bit....wonder what the reason was....and you know there is a reason. Wasn't Allen projected as late RD 1 but fell because of injury? I do not think Rice is remotely in that level.

I think I saw some 3rd's as well. 4th to 7th is a good drop. Please expand the thinking of certain posters: This may have been the deepest WR draft ever. Thank you, Management
