The guy that tanked the last game of the year jumps to the top of your list ?? Approved. TT, pull the trigger. Yes considering he has been a head coach that has taken his team and won a Super Bowl and created offense game plans that got the best out of 3 different QB's (Wentz when not hurt,Foles and Hurts) so I believe he could do the same with Herbert. Knows how to manage a clock , not afraid to go for it on 4th and short. I want nothing to do with Pederson... Not even as OC, let the Jets have him.
I honestly hope he throws the organization under the bus and tells the media he was told to tank that game... This would be some good off season drama!

No problem , I know that we have a differing opinion about what we want in our next coach. You prefer Meyer or a younger assistant. I value experience of doing it before and not needing to learn on the job as head coach (Pederson, Del Rio). We will see who gets there wish once a decision is reached.

Wentz has left the reservation and they owe him about a trillion dollars next year, Hurts ain't no Herbert, and Foles is only good in the playoffs, which Pederson did not get to in the worst division in football.

Honestly I wouldn't mind Pederson if we didn't have Herbert... Whether he was at fault for Wentz deterioration or not, he was a part of it. Personally I think Wentz problems are mental and a result of injuries. But if we had a good veteran QB, Pederson might not be so bad. But we need someone to continue to develop Herbert and that doesn't seem to be a Pederson strong point.

Pederson was 42-37-1 and was in the playoffs 3 of 5 years with 2 NFC North division championships and 1 Super Bowl win. Wentz was leading the MVP race when he got hurt then could never stay healthy nor get his head on straight that others Foles & Hurts could easily replace him. Pederson was not the Owner or GM that decided to give Wentz the ill advised contract. 2018 & 2019 Pederson overcame a lot of injuries to key players (wide recievers & DB's) and still found a way into the playoffs after slow starts.

I don't think the complete story on Pederson has been told. It almost looks like Pederson pulled a Schottenheimer to prompt an exit from a bad situation. I would certainly hope Dean and TT have an interview with him. There are no other SB winning coaches on the market right now.

I would prefer Robert Saleh for HC. If we can keep him from going to NY, then I wouldn't mind Pederson as OC.

Looks like Chargers will have all new defensive coaching staff. Along with Gus Bradly, DB coach Ron Milus and LB coach Richard Smith are going to the Raiders.
