Adderley pulled his hammy on Pro Day.
If the hammy was feeling tight even a tiny bit this morning, I'm willing to bet that the coaching staff pulled the plug on his participating in today's OTA practice session. We'll find out soon enough.

I guess the actual comment should have been more like 'now is the window of time to overcome such injuries'.....but you know what I meant, you being smart and all.

Apart from the brace and a slimmer physique, Perryman was still the same player, providing passion and energy to a mundane spring workout. Perryman went from 245 pounds last year to 220 pounds, according to Chargers coach Anthony Lynn. “He’s in great shape,” Lynn said about Perryman. “I’m looking for my (middle) linebacker and he’s standing right in front of me and I didn’t even know it. … Denzel, he has that discipline to be at whatever weight he wants, but he looks good at all of those weights.” www.ocregister.com/2019/04/15/denzel-perryman-present-philip-rivers-absent-for-chargers-offseason-workout/

That's pretty light for a Mike. Get the backups ready!

Anthony Lynn took note of how the Rams rested starters throughout pre season and said he would probably do the same. He’s looking to limit the wear and tear on his players and said they were fatigued at the end of last season. The Rams did not play Goff a single snap last pre season. I don’t think guys like Gurley or Donald played either.
