The OL didn't get mauled until Dec 22 & again at NE in the playoffs. They wore down and the D was struggling. The offense will benefit from a solid punter & return game on 'teams. More consistent punts forced, takeaways on D. Getting Henry back is a big deal. 4 deep in RBs, check. Finishsing strong in Dec - Feb will be the key. It isn't about 'getting mauled' per se, well getting mauled isn't good, but it is about being 'good enough'.... I would say the OL is 'good enough' to accomplish the goal of getting into the PO's, if they stay healthy. The question, or concern, is are they 'good enough' to go far in the PO's. Further than 3 games in ? Cuz we be 2 games in. So you want one more game in. Not exactly impossible.

Getting home field and a bye makes a big difference in that regard. They fell one win short of that goal in 2018 even though they tied for the best record in the conference. It will behoove them to secure that advantage in 2019. The easiest path is always the preferred path, but it is not the only path. Play them as they come, and play until they send you home or hand you the trophy. As Mojo as my witness, if there was a ban yourself button I would have zapped myself 51 times after reading that..................................

That takes nothing away from your point, projections ARE just guesses. Multi year history on a player or unit is a clue. Not convinced that 1-2 yrs, such as the history on our OL is The Book. C'mon Training Camp!
