1) TT isn't going anywhere. His drafting of Herbert has cemented his position here for or least 4 more years. On top of that, he finally hit on OL (whether that was drafting Slater or bringing in FA IOL). This is not worth arguing.
2) Pip is shit. He hasn't progressed a bit since being over-drafted. Having said that, Bulaga is done and there are no FA OT's. Shwartz' status is completely unknown injury-wise. As far as we know, he could be Bulaga 2.0 version. If Norton continues to improve, he should be re-signed in the off-season and become the swing tackle. If Norton gets overwhelmed, then Pip probably gets still another year (since his contract is up after the 2022 year. Either scenario, expect a RT to be drafted in the 1st-3rd round range next draft.

But I’m really really confused about one thing, why did our line look so good against a top notch defense last week and then the offensive line as whole had so many breakdowns against a team missing so many starters and generaly not considered a good defensive team? How does that even happen?

How does that even happen? its weird. A lot of teams play down to their competition it seems. Sort of like they read the scouting report ahead of time and believe it. The only team I ever saw not do that was the cheateriots.

Yep. Theres always blame to go around, but when its "team" and not just individual players the coach carries the weight. Obviously, the suck part is a bit in cheek.

I don’t blame staley for trying to keep his guys healthy ala mcvay, but this team had way more turnover than the rams, their entire offensive team save for stafford was already familiar with the offense, the chargers have looked really rusty in both their games. aside from the 22 new bodies everyone on the chargers is working in a new system from last year, we’re seeing glimpses from both the offense and the defense, this team is going to improve over the next few weeks, I truly believe that. My expectations for this season were probably lower than most people here because I still think this team lacks talent at D-line, corner, RB, and offensive line. BTW, mike williams has been playing well, he’s finally becoming a go to receiver for this team

He keeps this up NO ONE is going to question that he earned the 5th year option money, this development gives me hope that the best is yet to come for this new lombardi offense
