Nick Hardwick concurs with Ross Tucker’s take.

It's demoralizing as a Charger fan watching the Patriots dominate. I respect the organization, we would love to have the Chargers that good. I cannot see anyone beating them this year, the offense is a bit down and Brady looks a little slower, but that defense is unstoppable.
It all comes down to the culture they have built in New England. Chargers ownership really needs to take a page from their book.

have the pats played a single team with a winning record yet?
Err... 1. The Bills. They were struggling that game until the Bills QB went down.
The D is good, very good. But they haven't been challenged really.
BTW: the next game they play a team with a winning record is in 2 weeks. they play 4 games against teams with winning records over the next 9. So lets crown their asses already.

Patriots will win the Superbowl this year, they play who is put in front of them and most of these teams were supposed to be better this year. Case in point the Chargers, 12-4 to ??
Win by 1 or 100, it's still a win.

The difference is the Patriots show up ready to play......pretty much every week, regardless of who their opponent might be. Seems like that is a culture thing, something AL needs to work on with his Bolts.

I don't care who plays them, that defense is too good for anyone to score many points. It's been many years since we've seen a defense this good. I hate them just as much as the rest of you do but talking about their "soft schedule" is just wrong. Look at last years Super bowl; the rams came in with a high flying offense and got shut down. This defense is very, very good.

We are 2-5 with our soft schedule
Their D is dominating that soft schedule on pace to be lowest scoring D of all time. Our D is getting shredded by our soft schedule ... sigh Pats put Josh Gordon on IR but another team can still sign him I guess because he will be healthy again soon they say. Any interest in that pot head?

Any interest in that pot head? Let me show you guys what ALL IN looks like, mind you, they are 7-0 and dealing like this: The New England Patriots bolstered their offense and special teams unit on Tuesday by acquiring Mohamed Sanu in a trade with the Falcons and signing Justin Bethel. Sanu is really solid, but check out Bethel. The little secret is New England is also playing LIGHTS OUT Special Teams right now. "Bethel has been named a Pro Bowler three times in his career and he’s earned two first-team All-Pro honors. Matthew Slater and Bethel will become a nightmare for opposing teams." THAT is how you do ALL IN
