For the fans High expectations can make disappointment hurt. But for the players, i think they have to have high expectations for themselves, I'm sure you did. I don't know if some of them even have to be S.M.A.R.T. goals. I think that maybe this is where the article goes a bit awry for me. I think it is written for the fans, and therefore can be unrealistic to an extent. Players have 'belief' in themselves, their abilities, and coaching staff must get players belief in system being run. Get all on board, pulling rope in same fashion, and then go play. The weakness will show during this play, if any, as the other club has talent as well. Players expect challenge, and things go for other guys, but if losing is the constant.....belief will fall away. I like what little I have heard from Staley, he sounds sharp to me, just as coach. Will his philosophy work, result in win, I have no idea. We should get an indication in 96 hours or so, eh?

Allen just demolished Mahommes and the Chiefs in Prime Time, and Tom Brady- besides having a better stat line- is the most popular QB on the planet. How did the lowly Chargers and their dismal fan base get their young star past those two?? The winds of fortune may be changing Bolt Brothers!
